1. Products

All products (hoodies, T-shirts, and future apparel) are displayed as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color may occur due to screen settings.
We reserve the right to discontinue, limit, or modify any product at any time without notice.

2. Orders & Pricing

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Varq.
Prices are listed in USD and do not include taxes or import duties (where applicable).
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed with inaccurate pricing.

3. Payment

We accept major credit cards and digital payment methods via secure processors (e.g., Shopify Payments).
Payment is charged at the time of order confirmation.

4. Shipping

Processing time: 2–3 business days.
Shipping times: USA 3–10 business days; International 7–14 business days (may vary due to customs).
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in checkout.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Returns are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy, including the 15-day return window (14-day cooling-off period for EU customers).
Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, where Varq is headquartered in Barcelona.
Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
